Fully compliant with applicable European directives, the Otto automatic barrier is CE marked and protected by patent. The mobile barrier consists of rotating metal piece with an octagonal plan, which holds all electromechanical equipment, and a mobile furnishing item comprising a planter made of concrete and marble grit, connected together with a movement mechanism that also includes the wheel housed under the planter itself. The barrier is supplied with an autonomous acoustic and luminous alarm, an automatic opening system upon power failure, and a manual emergency release. The standard version operates with radio control, but it can be fitted with other control systems if the customer so requires. The metal structure has been treated with anti-corrosion protection with hot dip galvanising, and oven-fire painted with polyester paints for outdoor use. Also available with manual opening.
